3) Belacan Wagyu maki. Wagyu beef roll with belacan. This really feels at home for us, chilli belacan spot on
4) Crunchy soft shell Crab. Crunchy on the outside, juicy on inside , blasting 💥 with flavours.. must try.
5) Chutoro. Bluefin tuna belly. Oh my tuna! Buttery smooth and really fresh ! What an experience to try out an premium cut sashimi.
6) Gyu Tan (Beef Tongue). Tender and juicy, signature.
7) Tebasaki (Wings). Crispiness checked done! Perfect saltiness!
8) Kawa (skin). Perfect crispiness!!!!! Oh my skin! This is a must try.
9) Tomorokoshi (white corn). Sweet and juicy ! And perfect toastiness with butter.
10) Santorini Breeze. Gin, Triple sec, egg white , elderflower, lemon. Smooth and fragrant, aesthetic too. Love the gin infusion and elderflower.
11) Pink Lychee Lemonade. Lovely drink as Mocktails, the sweetness is fine with lychee infusion. Refreshing too.
