We like the neat and minimalist decors, with a hint of autumn feel in it. Warm and cozy. It’s quite and calm too.

Big shoutout for their person in charge Max @maxsmuslee , cool guy for accommodating us .. enjoyed our chit chat session. Totally down to earth.

The Feast

So we had their.

1) Mexican Chicken with Tagliatelle . Spicy tomato and minced chicken chilis, served with seasoned pan seared chicken and tagliatelle. It’s not that spicy, but easy going as the tomato flavors are big here. The pan seared chicken, superb! crispy and aromatic skin with juicy meat.

2) Sous-Vide Jjimdak Rice Bowl. Sous-vide cooked chicken thigh brined and marinated with sweet and salty soy sauce, Japanese rice and onsen egg. It’s comforting, the chicken thigh superbly juicy and tender homey food. The Japanese rice and onsen mix, that’s a humbling base.

3) Torched Seafood Rigatoni with Browned Butter Sauce. Torched rigatoni pasta bursting with flavour in browned butter sauce, served with prawn, sweet zucchini, pecan & torched lemon. It’s a warm touch, comforting and pleasant. The flavours of butter sauce , prawn and nuts are present but not overwhelming.

4) Kanpoong Fried Soft Shell Crab. Seasoned shell crab topped with dried Thai chili, baby corn, shitake, oyster mushroom, leek, crushed peanut & cilantro. This is a crunchy soft shell crab, bursting of flavors.

5) Crispy Black Calamari. Calamari rings coated with hand-crafted charcoal breadcrumbs. Crispy ,fresh and addictive too.

6) Twibop French Toast. French toast, served with brown sugar puffed rice sprinkles, fresh whipped cream & maple syrup. We like the crispy outer layer of the toast x rice sprinkles which added the a crunchiness layer to it. Maple syrup, spot on sweetness , thick whipped cream to hold everything together.

7) Sparking Ade Yuzu. It’s a soda mix with yuzu paste and it’s amazingly refreshing.

8) Chocolate Mocha. We like the consistency of the ratio of chocolate and latte in it.

9) Cafe Vienna. Whipped cream, cocoa, and espresso. That’s a fun mix, and the intensity is great … good one with espresso.

10) Misu Honey Latte. It’s super comfy with the grain powder with honey latte.
